Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at that price.

Colors and materials displayed on screen may vary from the actual product due to monitor settings and lighting.

Prescription Products

By submitting a prescription for lens or contact lens orders, you confirm that:

• The prescription is valid, current, and was issued by a licensed eye care provider
• You are the patient named on the prescription or are ordering on their behalf with their consent
• You understand that prescription eyewear is customized for you and cannot be returned

Change iWear reserves the right to verify prescriptions with your eye care provider prior to fulfillment. We are not responsible for vision issues resulting from an inaccurate prescription provided by the customer.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment is collected, a full refund will be issued promptly.

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely and we do not store full payment card details.

FSA/HSA Eligibility

Many of our products may be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. We are not responsible for determining FSA/HSA eligibility for individual purchases. Please verify eligibility with your FSA/HSA administrator before purchasing.

We encourage you to contact us directly at info@changeiwear.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days and are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and may affect your ability to place future orders.
