Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging including case, cloth, and any accessories included with the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom prescription lenses — all prescription lens orders are made specifically for you and cannot be resold
  • Opened or used contact lenses — for hygiene reasons, opened contact lens boxes cannot be accepted back
  • Clearance and final sale items — all sales are final on items marked as clearance or final sale

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@changeiwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  4. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any USPS location.
  5. Email us your drop-off date so we can track it on our end.

Return Shipping

Change iWear provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. You will not be charged for return shipping on approved returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Items that arrived defective or damaged
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Frame size or style exchange (subject to availability)

To request an exchange, email info@changeiwear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and the exchange you'd like.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@changeiwear.com with photos and your order number. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost Packages

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Once a carrier marks an order as "Delivered," Change iWear is not liable for packages that cannot be located. A police report is required for all stolen package claims.

Remake Policy

Full-service lens replacement orders are custom-made for you and are not eligible for standard returns. Instead, they are covered by this Remake Policy.

We stand behind our lab work. If your lenses were not manufactured correctly based on the prescription and order details on file, we will remake them at no charge. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report the issue.

If the problem is due to incorrect information submitted with your order (for example, an outdated or wrong prescription), we can still remake your lenses for 50% of the original lens cost. You will also be responsible for the full cost of any lens upgrades or changes requested for the remake.

To request a remake, email info@changeiwear.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos if they help us review your case. Our team will confirm eligibility and walk you through next steps.
