In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders. Colors and materials may vary slightly from screen to actual product due to monitor settings.

Prescription Products

By submitting a prescription for lens or contact lens orders, you confirm that:

• The prescription is valid, current, and issued by a licensed eye care provider
• You are the patient named on the prescription or are ordering with their consent
• You understand that prescription eyewear is custom-made and cannot be returned

Change iWear reserves the right to verify prescriptions before fulfillment. We are not responsible for vision issues resulting from an inaccurate prescription provided by the customer.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment is collected, a full refund will be issued promptly. All prices are in US Dollars.

FSA/HSA Eligibility

Many of our products may be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. We are not responsible for determining eligibility for individual purchases. Please verify with your FSA/HSA administrator before purchasing.
