Bring us your existing frames — any brand. Our guided lens selector helps you choose the right lenses for your prescription. We cut and install new lenses to fit your frame perfectly, then you pick them up or we ship them back.
What brands of frames do you accept?
We accept all brands — Ray-Ban, Gucci, Versace, Oakley, Warby Parker, and everything in between. Full-rim, semi-rimless, and metal frames all welcome. Bring it in and we'll confirm compatibility on the spot.
What if my prescription changes or I'm not satisfied with my lenses?
We stand behind our work with a 30-day remake guarantee. If your lenses don't feel right within 30 days, we'll remake them free of charge. A valid prescription is required.
How can I get help with my order?

How long does lens replacement take?
Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days from the time we receive your frames. Complex prescriptions or specialty lenses may take slightly longer — we'll keep you updated by email at every step.
What lens types can you make?
We make single vision, progressive (no-line), and bifocal lenses, available in multiple materials including standard, thin high-index, and polycarbonate. All lenses include UV protection, anti-reflective, and scratch-resistant coatings at no extra cost.
What happens if my frame breaks during the process?
We inspect every frame before we begin and handle them with care throughout. In the rare event a frame is damaged on our end, we'll contact you right away to make it right. Older or fragile frames carry some inherent risk, and we'll always flag any concerns before proceeding.
How do you ship my frames back?
Your frames are shipped back to you with free, fully tracked shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it to your door.
