All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation email is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1–2 days — we will notify you by email if this applies to your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances.
Free Shipping
All orders of $99.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Change iWear is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
Lost & Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier to the confirmed address, Change iWear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, waiting 24–48 hours, and contacting the carrier directly.
If you believe your package was stolen, you must file a police report and email a copy to info@changeiwear.com with your order number. Claims without a police report will not be considered.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation is available upon request for high-value orders. Email us at info@changeiwear.com before placing your order to add this.
