Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation email is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1–2 days — we will notify you by email if this applies to your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping

All orders of $99.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Change iWear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost & Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier to the address confirmed at checkout, Change iWear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We ship all orders with tracking. If your tracking shows "Delivered" and you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, building management, or other household members
  • Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
  • Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number

If you believe your package was stolen after confirmed delivery, you must file a police report and email a copy to info@changeiwear.com along with your order number. We will review each case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a resolution. Claims without a police report will not be considered.

In cases where we suspect fraudulent activity or repeated claims, we reserve the right to refuse a resolution and report the activity to the appropriate authorities.

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, we recommend selecting expedited shipping which includes enhanced tracking. Signature confirmation is available upon request — please contact us at info@changeiwear.com before placing your order if you wish to add this to your shipment.
