How do I order glasses with my prescription?
Pick the frames you love, choose your lens type at checkout, and enter your prescription details. You can upload a photo of your prescription or type the values in manually. Don't have a current prescription? You can book an eye exam at our Bronx location, or have one emailed to us afterward.
Do you accept vision insurance?
Yes. In-store at our Bronx location, we directly bill EyeMed, Davis Vision, MetroPlus, Healthfirst, Fidelis, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Versant Health, and Spectera.
For online orders, you can pay with FSA/HSA, or submit your order receipt for out-of-network reimbursement. We provide everything you need for the claim — full instructions are on our Insurance page.
Are your designer frames authentic?
Every frame we sell is 100% authentic. We're a fully licensed optical retailer in New York State, and we source directly from authorized distributors of every brand we carry — including Ray-Ban, Versace, Gucci, Tom Ford, Burberry, Coach, Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, and more.
Each frame ships with its original branded case and authenticity documentation.
What lens options do you offer?
We offer single-vision, progressive, bifocal, and reading lenses. All lenses come standard with anti-scratch and UV protection. You can upgrade to anti-reflective coating, blue-light filter, photochromic (Transitions), polarized, or high-index thin lenses for stronger prescriptions.

Can I send in my own frames to get new lenses?
Yes. Our Lens Replacement service lets you keep frames you love and get fresh prescription lenses installed. Just pick your frame type, ship us your frames in our prepaid mailer, and we'll return them with brand-new lenses — typically within 7-10 business days.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after we receive your prescription. Standard shipping is free on all orders — no minimum. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking via email.
Need glasses faster? In-store pickup at our Bronx location is available for select orders. Call us to ask about expedited options.

How do I know what frame size to pick?
Every frame on our site lists its measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length) in millimeters. To find your size, look on the inside of a pair of glasses you already own — those numbers will be printed there.
