Do I need a prescription to order contact lenses?
Yes. A valid contact lens prescription is required. You can upload a photo of your prescription at checkout, or enter the details manually. If you need an updated prescription, book a contact lens exam at our Bronx location.
Do you accept vision insurance for contact lenses?
Yes. In-store at our Bronx location, we directly bill EyeMed, Davis Vision, MetroPlus, Healthfirst, Fidelis, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Versant Health, and Spectera.
For online orders, you can pay with FSA/HSA, or submit your order receipt for out-of-network reimbursement. Full instructions are on our Insurance page.
How long does shipping take for contact lenses?
Most contact lens orders ship within 1-5 business days after we verify your prescription with your doctor. Standard shipping is free on all orders. You'll receive tracking via email once your order ships.
What's your return policy on contact lenses?
Opened contact lens boxes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened boxes may be eligible for return within 30 days. If there's an issue with your prescription or the wrong product was sent, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I reorder the same contacts?
Yes. If you've ordered from us before, log into your account to quickly reorder the same brand and prescription. You can also call us at (917) 708-9300 and we'll look up your order history.
